In the warranty period you can have any technical damage to the equipment repaired. Any claims should be announced to UNIPRO ApS before the warranty period is exceeded. As a business buyer you do not have the right to demand delivery of a new product when a product is damaged. This applies regardless of any local laws, rules or regulations.

B. Consumer purchase

In the warranty period you can have any technical damage to the equipment repaired. In the first 6 months after the purchase any technical damage is covered by the warranty. The next 18 months any technical damages that have been on the product since the time of purchase will be covered by the warranty.

A technical damage is any kind of internal disturbance thas causes the product to malfunction. Damages that are caused by external interferrence are not considered technical damage.
Damaged products must be repaired by a service center approved by UNIPRO ApS to be covered by the warranty. The delivery to the UNIPRO Service center is at the buyers own cost and risk.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Any attempt by any person other than UNIPRO ApS personnel or any person authorized by UNIPRO ApS to adjust, modify, repair or service the Product.
• Any act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence.
• Accident, shipping, neglect, misuse, abuse or other default of or by any person other than UNIPRO ApS personnel or any person authorized by UNIPRO ApS.
• Any fault in the attachments or associated products or components which do not form part of the product covered by the warranty.
• Fair wear and tear of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Change of cables, batteries or other supplies used for the product.
• Attached or associated equipment or components which do not form part of the product covered by the warranty.
• Adjustments that can be done throug the regular users interface of the product.
• Lost use of the product due to damages and repair.
