# General Terms of Business & Warranty Policy

These terms regulate the warranty and service of technical equipment manufactured and supplied by Unipro ApS.

### A. Business-to-Business (B2B) Purchases
For commercial, professional, or business buyers, the following warranty terms apply:
* The warranty period is restricted to the specific agreement made at the time of purchase. Any technical defects must be reported to Unipro ApS before the warranty period expires.
* As a business buyer, you do not have the right to demand delivery of a new product/replacement if a product can be repaired. Unipro ApS reserves the right to remedy defects via repair. This applies regardless of local laws, rules, or regulations, to the extent permitted by law.
* Shipping costs and risks associated with sending equipment to an authorized Unipro Service Center are borne entirely by the business buyer.

### B. Consumer (B2C) Purchases
For private consumers residing within the EU, the following terms apply in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act:
* You have a 24-month right to claim defects (reklamationsret).
* **The Burden of Proof:** For any technical or material defect that becomes apparent within the first 12 months after delivery, it is legally presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the defect. For the remaining 18 months, the consumer must prove that the defect was present at the time of purchase.
* If the complaint is justified and covered by the warranty/law, Unipro ApS will repair or replace the product **free of charge** for the consumer, including reimbursing reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping so we can provide a return label.

### Warranty Exclusions (Applies to both B2B and B2C)
The warranty covers technical damages, which include any internal hardware or software disturbances causing the product to malfunction. It does not cover:
1. Damages caused by external interference, accidents, shipping, neglect, misuse, crash damage, or abuse.
2. Any attempt by unauthorized personnel (outside Unipro ApS or authorized dealers) to adjust, modify, or service the product.
3. Fair wear and tear of the product (e.g., scratches, degraded cables, or battery wear over time).
4. Consumables such as standard replaceable batteries, external wires/cables damaged by tension, or regular operational supplies.
5. Loss of use, loss of time, or loss of data during racing events due to hardware damages or repair times.

All service and repairs under warranty must be coordinated with and approved by:
