A. Business purchase
In the warranty period you can have any technical damage to the equipment repaired. Any claims should be announced to UNIPRO ApS before the warranty period is exceeded. As a business buyer you do not have the right to demand delivery of a new product when a product is damaged. This applies regardless of any local laws, rules or regulations.
B. Consumer purchase
In the warranty period you can have any technical damage to the equipment repaired. In the first 6 months after the purchase any technical damage is covered by the warranty. The next 18 months any technical damages that have been on the product since the time of purchase will be covered by the warranty.
A technical damage is any kind of internal disturbance thas causes the product to malfunction. Damages that are caused by external interferrence are not considered technical damage.
Damaged products must be repaired by a service center approved by UNIPRO ApS to be covered by the warranty. The delivery to the UNIPRO Service center is at the buyers own cost and risk.
