Time of delivery and transportation
The distribution is done by mail or freight carrier. Normal delivery time within EU is approximately 10-12 days. The delivery obligation is fulfilled when the buyer has received the product or the mail office or freight carrier’s message about delivery on the desired address.
Responsibility for the product
Responsibilty for the product goes to the buyer as soon as the delivery has taken place. Damages after the delivery are therefore at the buyer’s risk.
Claims
Any claims regarding defects on products delivered from the UNIPRO webshop must be given to UNIPRO as soon as possible after the defect has come to the buyer’s attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to produce evidence of the defect.
Complaints
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution through www.forbrug.dk.
European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints lodged here -http://ec.europa.eu/odr. By filing a complaint, enter our email address mail@uniprolaptimer.com.
Prices and payment
All Prices are shown excl. VAT and incl. 25% Danish VA. All prices are excl. shipping and insurance. If the buyer is a business outside of Denmark, with a valid VAT number, no VAT will be on the final invoice. Payment must be done by bank tranfer before delivery.
Right of return
The buyer has 14 days right of return from the time of delivery. The buyer must return the products in the same shape and volume as delivered, and must pay any costs regarding the return shipment.
