# Terms & Conditions for the Unipro Webshop
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers and businesses on the Unipro Webshop (uniprolaptimer.com).

### 1. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are displayed excluding shipping and insurance. Depending on your location and status, prices will be shown either including or excluding the 25% Danish VAT.
If the buyer is a registered business outside of Denmark with a valid VAT number (or outside the EU), no VAT will be charged on the final invoice.
We accept payment via credit cards processed securely through Stripe, as well as bank transfers. For credit card payments, the amount will only be deducted from your card when the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
### 2. Time of Delivery and Transportation
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including DHL Express and PostNord.
Normal delivery time within the EU is approximately 10–12 business days, depending on stock availability. The delivery obligation is fulfilled when the buyer (or the chosen delivery agent/parcel shop at the desired address) has received the product.
Responsibility and risk for the products pass to the buyer as soon as the delivery has taken place.
### 3. Right of Return & Withdrawal (Consumer Purchases Only)
If you purchase as a consumer (B2C), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you, or a third party chosen by you, receive the physical possession of the goods.
* **How to cancel:** You must notify us clearly via email (mail@uniprolaptimer.com) within 14 days of receipt stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
* **Returns:** After notifying us, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. You must cover the direct costs of returning the products.
* **Condition of the product:** You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the item has been mounted, used on track, or damaged, it will be considered used, meaning you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back upon return.
*Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to Business-to-Business (B2B) purchases.*
### 4. Claims and Complaints
Any claims regarding defects on products delivered from the Unipro webshop must be given to Unipro as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). If your claim is justified, it means you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
**Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):**
If you wish to file a complaint about a product purchased from us, you can submit it to:
